Prices & Policies

Registration Process:
December through January 15th:
Only current Campership customers may register.

February 1st:
Registration for non-campership customers, and waitlist begins.

 

Prices for 2012:

Campership Customers: $225 per week, or $440 for two week session

Non-Campership Customers: $240 per week, or $470 for two week session

Registration Fee: A $45/child or $80/family registration fee is due with your deposit. The Registration Fee is only required once for any Creative Themes program used this year. (No refunds on Registration Fees)

Deposit: $100 per child plus registration fee at the time of registration. $100 will be put toward camp fees.

Family discounts of 5% on two week sessions only.

Due Dates for Fees:
Camp Tuition Fees are due MAY 1 for June/July sessions and JUNE 1 for August sessions. Campers, whose tuition fees are not paid at that time, will be put on a waiting list and may lose their spot at camp during that desired session.

Included in the tuition fee is Monday and Friday lunch, lunch drink every day, arts and crafts, and all camp activities.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation by May 1st will receive full refund minus the registration fee. After May 1st, a 50% refund will be issued; and after June 1st, a 50% camp credit will be issued. Refunds for special circumstances will be determined by the directors. Please contact directors as soon as possible with any questions.

Extended Day Care:
Drop off, 7 to 8:30 am, AM Fun Club
(Breakfast provided) $30 / week per child; $7/day

Pick up, 3 to 6 pm, Afternoon Fun Club
(Snack provided) $45 / week per child; $10/day

Payments for extended day care will be received the first Tuesday of each session.

CT staff will sign all campers in and out of extended care.

 

Physical Examination:
A physical examination in the past school year, all required shots must be up to date and a health form must be completed and on file at the camp office. The health form on the Forms page (under Camper Forms) in this package should be used. All campers need a form on file for 2012 by May 1st.

Camp Hours:
9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
Extended Day Care 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Pick up and Drop off:
Creative Themes Staff will be in the parking lot between 8:30 to 9:00 and 3:00 to 3:20, to assist in a safe and easy drop-off and pick-up.

A car pooling list is available.

Lunch:
Creative Themes will provide lunch on MONDAYs and FRlDAYs. Monday will be a cookout and Friday will be pizza. Children must bring their lunches Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We will provide a cold drink everyday and a cool safe place to store lunches.

Personal Possessions:
Please, leave all valuables, including cell phones, Ipods, Game Boys and special toys at home. A towel, bathing suit, sneakers and a change of clothes are all that’s needed. Flip flops are fine for the pool area, but should not be primary footwear. On rainy or cold days, coats or sweatshirts may be needed. Mark your child’s name on the clothes. Many nice pieces of clothing are left at camp with no way to identify the owners.

Campers’ Behavior:
• Campers are expected to respect and listen to the camp staff.
• No taking of other campers’ stuff.
• No fighting or bad language will be tolerated.
• No destroying camp property.
